Kristin’s journey with Panorama is rooted in something rare…history. When she heard that Justin and Luis were launching Panorama Call Solutions, it immediately caught her attention.
“I had worked with them nearly 20 years ago in a similar capacity,” she shares. “I really enjoyed my time then, and I’m excited to be part of helping them grow this business now.”
That kind of long-standing professional trust says a lot. Not just about Kristin, but about the team Panorama has built.
What makes Kristin especially valuable to the team is her perspective as a business owner. Having run her own business, she understands what’s really at stake when a phone rings.
“I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and always strive to provide the best service possible,” she says.

In this line of work, no two calls are the same. And sometimes, they’re unforgettable. Kristin recalls one caller who confidently shared that she wanted to sue… the entire United States.
“I asked, ‘The U.S. Government?’ and she said, ‘No! The country. I have access to every courthouse and know all the judges.’”

When Kristin returned to this type of work, one piece of advice stood out to her right away:

“Sometimes people just need to vent and feel heard,” she says. “But you also have to guide the conversation so it stays productive.”

When she’s off the headset, Kristin’s happy place is far from the phone beneath the waves. She’s been scuba diving for years and has worked as an instructor for over 15 years, much of that time in Cozumel. That passion for exploration and calm carries into her work, helping her stay steady and focused no matter what comes through the line.
One of the most meaningful chapters of Kristin’s life came recently, when she traveled back to Korea for the first time since being adopted as a child. She spent several months learning the language, exploring the culture, and beginning research into her biological family.
“I never really considered myself Korean growing up,” she reflects. “But after going back, I’m proud to say that I’m Korean, and American and Mexican.”
It’s a powerful reminder that identity, like communication, is layered and understanding comes from taking the time to listen and learn.
